Talk Homework- Please locate and bring in an odd (ideally white) sock for use in a crafty snowman making activity next week. Discuss how we will be reusing this item to create something new and how this is a great way to be sustainable.

Reading at least 3 times a week and recording on Boom reader app.

Our performance week has been a big success. In our 'Wriggly Nativity', the children sang, danced and acted with confidence. Some of the children said they felt nervous but despite this managed to be brave and perform in front of such a big audience. We hope you enjoyed it.

Our maths this week has been learning how many parts can make up one whole. We have created snowmen pictures and loose part images, counting the number of parts and describing their shapes, sizes and positions.

We have been creating some lovely pieces of Christmas crafts using our funky finger skills this week too. Outdoors, the children have loved experiencing the early morning frost and seeing how the shadows stop the ice from melting.
