A quick request, please could we ask that if you have any empty cereal boxes available, could you send them to school next Monday with your child. This will help us with our DT work next week. Thank you.

This week we have enjoyed our PE sessions. We have been practising throwing and catching during outdoor pe and in our gymnastic sessions we have been travelling along benches and mats. 

The children have been maths superstars this week. We have been looking at numbers greater than or fewer than each other and using mathematical symbols to show this. 

Our daily walk has become a daily run, this is lovely to see.

In French we have been learning about the names of different sea creatures. This week we learnt how to say seahorse. Please ask your child which creatures they can remember! 

In art we have learnt how to draw a texture. We spoke about the different textures we can find in the classroom and then thought about how to draw these.

Another fantastic week was had by all.
