This week we visited Paxton Pits. Here are some of the favourite parts of our day:

pond dipping- Phoebe

finding the bugs- Grace

Mine, Dougie's, Jude's and Harry's pond looked the best!- Florence

I couldn't believe that a dragon fly came to my pond- Finlay.

In maths we have been sequencing numbers on a blank number line and then played higher and lower game.

In French we added the word le giraffe to our vocabulary.

Charlie – I liked making my TV with junk modelling

Sophie T – I liked the pond I made at Paxton Pits.

Fraser – I liked doing the ur ‘ur’ purple turtle sound.

Martha – I liked making the ponds, adding some wood and stones. And then there was a dragon fly and we didn’t even put it there!

Lola – I liked doing the pond dipping. We found the biggest beetle!

Nigel – I liked making the flower crowns.

Teddy - I liked catching the greedy larvae in the pond.

Abel – I liked the pond dipping because I wanted to see the dragon flies.

Ruby – When me and Martha made our ponds with Martha’s mum we made the pond and then when we went back to our ponds there was a dragonfly!
