Talk Homework- can you make a piece of music using things around you (or even body percussion) to express a certain feeling?

This week has been a very fun and action-packed week! We have thoroughly enjoyed DT, where we used our measuring, sawing and joining skills to make a chassis for our vehicle. We also designed the body of our eco-friendly, innovative vehicles that we look forward to making next week as part of our skills builder project! In maths, we have been continuing our subtraction, with exchanges, to strengthen our fluency skills. In art, we have been making imprint designs for our Christmas cards. In PE, we showcased our netball skills in our final netball match this term. We were very lucky today to have Mrs Parry visit us to talk about her career as a town planner, sharing some fascinating facts about her role and inspired us with futuristic ideas linked to the developments of infrastructure that we may see in years to come! In music, we explored different percussion instruments and keyboards to evoke specific feelings such as calm, anger and excitement.

Hope you have a great weekend!
