Our maths this week has focused upon 3D shape earlier in the week then moved onto pattern. As you can see above, the children have enjoyed completing and continuing and repairing patterns.

In Phonics, we have learnt the short 'oo' sound 'Look at books' and the tricky words put, were and all. 

Our Understanding the World has included having a visit from a police officer and learning all about plastic pollution. We read about Greta Thunburg. We also learnt about fossilisation and read all about Mary Anning. The children then created their own time line of her key life events. 

In PE, we have continued to learn our Super Hero dance which the children are very much looking forward to you coming in and seeing on the last day of the term. 

Our RE has focused upon the symbol of the cross.
