In English this week we have been looking at our new book ‘Claude in the City’. The children have really enjoyed getting to know the characters in the story and have made some lovely predictions about what they think will happen.

In maths we have been consolidating our learning on shapes, measurement and place value and the children have been enjoying demonstrating their knowledge.

In science we have begun our new topic of seasonal changes and the children have already demonstrated that they have a wealth of knowledge. They were introduced to the book we will be using to help us learn about seasons (Mouse's Wood) and are very excited about the upcoming weeks.

The play will be taking place on the penultimate week before half term. Costume information will be sent out by the end of next week.
