Mrs Jane Bond

My name is Jane Bond and I started at Buckden School as a parent helper nearly 20 years ago.  I have worked at the school for 10 years both as a Midday Supervisor and a Teaching Assistant.
I qualified as a Registered Sick Children’s Nurse many years ago and have worked as a nurse until working at Buckden School.
I love my job working in Year 1 this year – the children are really the best.  I enjoy supporting them so they access the curriculum effectively and of course, sticking them back together agian in First Aid.
In my spare time I like sunshine, walking, horse riding, cycling, climbing mountains and making and eating cakes.  I have 3 children, one still at school and the other two are working.  I have a pony, a dog, two guinea pigs, 1 accidental cockerel and 6 chickens.  The chickens are my newest additions because they give me eggs to make my cakes – if I’m lucky!!!
